I had to abandon it because I couldn't figure it out without source.
I found those files reference and a few others by using FileMon and
RegMon (both available on SysInternals (MS') website).  It also looks
for pthreads.dll.  I'm not sure if these files are referenced in the
source or if they're a side effect of the compiler user.  The updating
of clamav also proved very flaky and I was forced to abandon clamav
altogether.
