Hello. when i first install clamav version 0.92 the file was missing in C:\Program Files\clamAV . I had problems with starting clamav services becouse i haven't had this file in this directory. When i installed this file in this directory and i rebooted the machine then the service in task manager appeared and update went well.
P.S. I havent got bin director in my installation and also i haven't installed it into c:\clamav.
