Log:
- cleanup for exception and errorhandler
- instantiation now in application via set_error_handler() and
set_exception_handler()
- this removes the need to load the handler files (bugfix). formerly, the
handler file was loaded by calling a static method to set the handler.
- removed getter and setter for templates (one won't access or reuse them
anyway)
