Ok, that's really strange. Let's try the following:

1. Look at the exact timestamp of a recent zero length file.
2. Send me the postfix log around that time, to see what is
going on.

It's even more interesting... just tried to find the zero length id's in logfile... none found :)

Atleast the new ones which appeared an hour ago, cant be found in logfile.
