link statically any application if they want to. If you think other info

make) and clapf can use it happily, too. I mean some --with-sqlite3=/foo/bar
switch which can be used to point the clapf configure script to the
downloaded sqlite sources.
You may set CPPFLAGS=-I... and LDFLAGS=-L.... before configure to specify
an alternative location of some header files and libraris, ie.
CPPFLAGS=-I/home/pete/sqlite3-3.5.6/includes \
LDFLAGS=-L/home/pete/sqlite3-3.5.6/lib \
./configure --with-tokendb=sqlite3 ....
so mysql support is not compiled in totally when sqlite is selected as a
token database?
No, it's not compiled in.
