Hello Peter,

thanks for the bug report. I took almost two hours to figure it out. So
please download the latest nightly build, and rebuild the parsembox
file.

In a nutshell: I had to add the proper setlocale() calls to fix the bug.

And please use the JIRA bug tracker at https://jira.acts.hu:8443/ next time.
