Check at San Jose State University library website. You won't find it posted, but the library has the IEEE journals and you can order them.

Does anyone know how can I get the article "Orthogonal Least Squares Algorithm for Multi-Output Radial Basis Function Networks" by S.Chen,P.M. Grant and C.F.N. Cowan? I searched the web o lot, but didn't find it posted . It appeared in 1992 in IEE PROC PART F vol139 no. 6, but I couldn't access it.
If anyone can , please help me.
