Good day, I am a WUSTL graduate from Physics (3.65 GPA). But my main interest has always been Biomedical Sciences. I have an Ms in Biomedical Sciences from Mayo Graduate School. I am recently deeply involved in analyzing breathing signals from patients undergoing a gated CT scan. I do both Statistical Signal Processing and Statistical Analysis and have written many R scripts. I also talk with Prof. Miller (Statistical dept. at WUSTL) about this project. It is aimed at predicting the trajectory of chest tumors that are moving targets for Radiotherapy due to the unavoidable respiration motion I recently got very interesting results.
I am flying out to Washington DC this morning for a project presentation. If interested I can send you my slides set and resume when I come back on Wednesday. I do LOVE Statistics and Statistical Signal Processing.
