I don't know of any personal conflicts except for perhaps the 11-13 dates.
Earlier in the month is probably better for me than the very end of the
month.

Subject: 2009 Annual Meeting of the Classification Society

Hi Everyone

It is well past time for me to begin organizing the 2009 meeting. I am
planning on a June meeting from Thursday - Saturday (end around noon) on:

               June 4-6, 11-13, 18-20, or 25-27

Please let me know asap (by Monday) of conflicts. I am meeting with the room
service and hotel today to check availability and other special interest
groups that might co-locate with us.

Thank you.
