Hi Stephen,
I noticed that my email address was not on the list that was included on your
recent message to my co-author Bill Oliver. I'm just checking in to see if I am
on the appropriate list of attendees for the upcoming conference in Milwaukee
([email protected]).

Looking for to see you again at the conference.

Regards Tim
