Japhar+Classpath Instructions

I have placed the instructions for installing Japhar and Classpath into CVS;
they should get copied to the website soon enough.

I am making an assumption that they work; for some reason gdk-pixbuf.h is
not on my system.  I presume it was there before because it used to compile.
What package should this come in?
