[cp-patches] RFA: Container.java

Hey,

I have implemented the applyComponentOrientation(ComponentOrientation)
method.  This patch fixes a failing mauve test
(gnu/testlet/java/awt/Container/applyComponentOrientation). 

Could someone please review my implementation and approve it so that I
can commit it.
