Paul takes care of this ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). He should have seen your
message, but feel free to send him email directly. To contribute more
than what you did in your patch you have to meet certain
qualifications which I think are outlined in the hacking texinfo
file and be willing to assign copyright over to the FSF.
