The recent checkin of the 'lib' directory is probably only useful to
me at this point.  I'm having problems getting consistent results from
attempted builds so your mileage may vary if you're willing to grab
JavaDeps-2.0.1 and patch it and remake the jar file and twiddle with
the Makefile.am you can try using this to get your classes compiled.
It is also using javac the funky way Aaron spoke about on the list
which seems to work well. You may want to modify the deps.sh script as
well.  I got tired of messing with Makefile shell escapes, can you
tell?  If you add classes you must run the deps.sh script again
manually.  I can't figure out how to get automake to not put in a
default all: rule, but it doesn't seem to have an effect on the
results.

Guile is back into developmental state, so use the most recent stable
version which I _think_ is 1.91 (but I'm just pulling that out of
my...) if you're wanting to do the testsuite stuff.
