I changed configure to accept the options: --with-japhar --with-kaffe This is similar to before, except this time there is no need to specify the path to japhar after --with-japhar. If japhar-config is in your path (or in one of two default locations) then Japhar can be configured easily. This was mostly a cleaning up of configure.in and making some nice little functions in acinclude.m4. The Kaffe config option does nothing but warn you to help make Classpath support Kaffe and then aborts.
