I think I'll be able to track this one down okay. One problem was a
findclass() routine did not include the java.lang package as a
default lookup for classes on say the extends/implements line and it
wasn't specifically imported into the class.
I'm not too familiar with directed graphs either, but I'll look
through the code some more to find where it decides to output make
rules and with some more changes to findclass() or similar should be
able to get a final Makefile.
