The reason I ask is because I want to get PropertyResourceBundles working
and can't do that until I've got Classpath's ClassLoader working. BTW: I
notice that you simply return a "classpath://" URL from there. I will have
to change that to point to either a plain file on disk (probably a "file://"
URL) or a ZipEnty. I don't plan on emulating the JDK "systemresource:" URL.
