Interesting, it bombed with trying to compile the native stuff for
me.  The java stuff was okay.  Don't worry about it until I can fix
the native errors by getting those jni headers into an include
directory.  Part of the hold up is when I try jdeps -native I end up
with something which causes make to barf.  

.deps:2868: *** commands commence before first target.  Stop.

This corresponds to the STUBS = ... line.  Any ideas?  I've not played
with this much yet.
