Okay, I don't know what the problem is here. The call to hasNative()
in the parser input file Java1.1.jj should I suppose be enough. If
anyone familiar with JavaCC wants to have a look and figure this out
that would be good. The end result is the .deps file should contain a
JAVAHEADER line for at least java.lang.System, but probably many
others as well.
