They have root on a their web server, 'nuff said.  I think VA Research
provides it, yet another reason to buy Linux boxen from them.  

We've had the cvs tree available via http for a while, see
http://www.classpath.org/cvs/.  It is not however the spiffy CVS
interface some people have talked about here.  So if you just want to
grab a file, sure, go there.
