I like the nice little Makefile for the gtk peers, however it really
shouldn't be necessary to keep this thing. Could one of you, Jim or
Paul, update update Makefile.am in the peer directory to compile your
native files. Aaron decided the best thing to do about the header
generation is to just do it manually and keep it in CVS, ie JavaDeps
doesn't handle it quite right and the other route is to hand tune
every Makefile like the current one either Paul or Jim is maintaining.
