Is Anyone Working on java.sql?

It turns out that James Cooper is not going to be able to do java.sql for
us.  Has anyone actually begun work on this?  Does anyone want to do it?  If
you want to volunteer, please be able to complete it in a fairly short
timeframe.  The package is almost all interfaces and exceptions.  I was
going to just grind it out in the next week or so if no one else wants to.
