joining the classpath project

Hi, I have a clean-room version of javax.vecmath package
source code at;

  http://www.esm.co.jp/java/vecmath/

spec: Java3D 1.1 final
state: complete

I'm ready to release it to the classpath project. Would you
direct me to the right place ?

I've also released it to JOS project. Is it a problem ?
