Yeah, Paul and I have some code we can probably donate to make
maintaining the static stuff a lot easier, and with modifications
make it work for the new site.

Makeinfo doesn't to my knowledge.  Texi2html isn't the most
advanced piece of Perl ever written either.  ;)
