The part about how the license can be terminated is a little better.
It still has that 60% thing and it does not state "this 60% thing
only applies to licensing of patent rights". This means one could
read the license to say "you can not redistribute if 41% of the code
has been changed from the IBM source". So I guess a code forking is out.
