Greetings,
    I learned quite a bit about JFC/Swing from reading the src.zip file
that shipped with JDK1.2, and 'use the source' as my basic reference
material for answering definitively 'what the heck does this do?!?' at
any given point...

    Does this bar me from Classpath work?
