Yes, I'm working on a GTK look and feel for Swing. It'll be slow going. I can't find nearly enough documentation on everything, but thankfully the O'Reilly book on JFC is out and I'll have one soon. I've received permission to use any of the images from the midnight commander application which comes with gnome. I'll also be changing the error/warn/info images. The look and feel mostly defaults back to basic.* at this point, but you can get the tree folder stuff seems like it won't require much work and looks good at this point just with the slightly different images.
