The Argo/UML CASE tool is open source. The license agreement I use no longer prohibits commercial use. For more info please see http://www.ics.uci.edu/pub/arch/uml/ I think it would be great if many open-source projects started using Argo/UML to document their designs. Argo/UML still has a ways to go, but open-source users are the best kind of users in that respect.
