OK, JavaDoc gurus out there: what has already been done to get Classpath
JavaDoc working?  What remains?  Pointers on where to start, too, would
be appreciated.  I have a nice stretch of time to spend coding today.

I think the next release needs to include our documentation as well.  I
thnk our documentation is more complete and at least offers a different
perspective on the Java classes than Sun's for someone to look at when
implementing Java classes.
