The goal is to use Classpath with current Japhar, but to get there I
need to compile the java classes.  All I got is JDK 1.2 javac, and it
fails.  I'm not compiling with Japhar using JDK classes, but with JDK
1.2.

It has been failing every time I have tried to compile it.  I have
tried 4-5 times at random intervals the last 6 months.
