Minor name change and official web pages

RMS expressed numerous concerns over the name change from JCL to
$classpath.  I've made a compromise with RMS which hopefully you all
won't mind too much.  The full name will be changed to:

"GNU Classpath, Essential Libraries for Java"

In addition, RMS is setting up a mirror from our CVS tree to
www.gnu.org, so it will be easy for us to modify the "official"
Classpath pages.
