gdk-pixbuf has been successfully wrapped, and it now functions as an
ImageProducer.  We can load any image format that gdk-pixbuf supports
-- bmp, gif, jpeg, png, pnm, ras, tiff, and xpm.  All of these formats
can be incrementally loaded (except for PNG, which is due to a buggy
loader in gdk-pixbuf).

I can now get SwingSet past the progress bar/loading window, but from
there things pretty much fall apart.  I ran into a really weird
situation where Java was creating a Canvas and assigning its parent to
a LightweightPeer (which makes no sense to me).  If anyone could
enlighten me on the details of how/why that happens, I'd love to know.
