Working from javadoc; J2EE

1) Is it legally acceptable to implement GNU Classpath on the basis of
javadoc documentation provided by Sun? The reason I ask this is because
this documentation is *generated* from the actual classes.zip source
code.

2) Is there room in GNU Classpath for J2EE stuff?
