I wsn't aware of that. They're GPLed though so I don't see why GNU
shouldn't distribute them.
They're also part of Classpath so again, by default, they're part of
the GNU project.

I have been talking to the GNU webmasters. I don't have an account to
deal with the webservers yet but hope to get it sorted soon.
I'd be quite happy to take the lead on this as long as Classpath
people and RMS are happy.
