I'm not aware of any enterprise-type solutions for mass storage of private
keys, but then I've never investigated that sort of solution. Although the
security model of PGP doesn't require that private keys remain protected, in
many cases being protective of your private key leads you to be especially
protective of your passphrase, which is a part of the security model. It's
for this reason that the idea of a private keyserver makes me nervous.
