The problem is that Paul Fisher has an rsync script that blows away
any changes we make nightly. We'll need to fix that, but I haven't
heard from him lately. He was busy finishing up school last I checked.
Also, it is on our TODO list to create new web pages. The existing ones
need to be replaced.
