include/config.h.in ?

Hi!

autoheader generates a config.h.in in . but not in include/ . Is it ok to move
it to the include dir?
Any ideas why configure then fails with:

./configure: syntax error near unexpected token `AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(${PACKAGE},'
