Classpath web page

I have some questions for some GNU-ite (prob'ly Brian or Paul):

Are we allowed to make the Classpath pages on GNU a bit snazzier, like black
on tan or something?  Or do we have to stick with the same LAF as the other
GNU pages?

Can we use CSS on our pages at GNU?

Finally, what is the process for publishing our web pages from CVS to web?
Is it still automatic?
