Sorry, I don't have the power to give you cvs access.
Normally Paul Fisher handles that.

What is the filename of the diff on fencepost, I couldn't find it
immediatly in the gnu directory.

I have to admit that I also never got japhar working.
But you can test most stuff with kaffe or gcj.
