Ok, it exists in the cvs hierarchy. I haven't checked the 0.02 tar file,
but if it is missing from there I suspect that it was an oversight. Until
that is changed, you can grab a copy of BigInteger.c from that dir in the
CVS tree (BigInteger.c hasn't changed in a while).
If you have trouble doing that, let me know and I'll mail you a copy.
