The right place would be its author, Stuart Ballard <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. Unfortunately he told me that he has no time currently to look for bugs in japitools but he will accept any patches. IMO the best way is to provide a patch against the latest release, 0.9.3, and send it to him.
