I've rebuilt all the include/*.h files with a newer gcjh. This one includes JNICALL and JNIEXPORT in the output.
I've also cleaned up the FileChannelImpl thing a bit by giving the header the correct name. Note that editing these files is usually a bad idea -- the one that was in the repository had the wrong header guards, which conflicted with a different file. Oops.
