Japi pages back up

Thanks to a kind offer from Jim and Dalibor of Kaffe, the Japitools 
pages have a new home on the kaffe.org server. The official URL remains 
http://japi.sab39.org/ - older URLs that used to work won't any longer - 
please check any links you have to make sure they're right[1].

(No, I'm not going to rig the results in Kaffe's favor just because 
they're hosting the pages ;) )

Nightly processing is again being run and the results are up-to-date.
