The japhar-0.09.patch.1 is to make GNU Classpath 0.02 work with japhar. The orp-1.0.9.patch is to make GNU Classpath 0.03 work with orp. The orp-1.0.8.patch was an interim patch for Orp 1.0.8 between GNU Classpath 0.02 and 0.03. I haven't tried japhar or orp recently. If you like you may remove them. But they are very small anyway.
