Announcing JC virtual machine version 1.3.
This release includes dramatically reduced method invocation overhead by using conservative stack scanning during GC to eliminate the need to track reference locals. It also revamps the installation hierarchy to be more normal, and now builds and installs separately from Classpath. There have also been several other important bug fixes and improvements.
