Hi all, The plan is to make the new GNU Classpath developers snapshot (0.14) on Thursday February 24. This is just before our Fosdem meeting http://www.fosdem.org/2005/index/dev_room_classpath and coincides with GCC 4.0 branch creation http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2005-02/msg00079.html.
My personal plan is to get GNU Classpath and libgcj as closely merged as possible before that time so that 0.14 can be seen as a feature complete snapshot of what will be in gcj 4.0 in April. There have also been some proposals to get all bug reports for the core class libraries provided by GNU Classpath, libgcj (and kaffe or other runtimes) in the same bug database. I will send more information and questions about that soon. Please try to do any remaining large work during next week. So we will have from Monday February 21 for testing and bugfixing. Cheers, Mark
