If a person agreed to the SCSL but didn't look at any JDK/JRE source code, are they ineligible to work on Classpath as a contributor? Example: http://www.eyesbeyond.com/freebsddom/java/jdk14.html What if a person agrees to the SCSL to get the JDK packages from Sun to roll-out a 1.4.X JDK on FreeBSD? Assume that once they've built the JDK, they nuke the packages in question, and that they did not open any source files before, during or after the build process.
