I am still not happy with JPopupMenu... The size of nested submenus
seems not to grow anymore after your last fix, but now the initial
layout of lightweight popups is broken. I got the same effect a few times
when I first submitted PR24651, but now it seems reproducable. Note that
if I activate the popup menu near the application boundary to enforce
a heavyweight popup, the popup appears and the layout is ok afterwards!!!
Try running the new testcase PR24651b with the JDK and jamvm+classpath.
You should see a popup, but this seems to be empty right now. Last weeks
test showed that the menu items were there, but (partially or totally)
shifted out of the popup menu itself.
