Frame.getFrames() synchronized "weakFrames" object.

synchronized (weakFrames)

}
}

But noteFrame() method does not synchronized "weakFrames" object.

private static void noteFrame(Frame f)
{
weakFrames.add(new WeakReference(f));
}

Then sometimes ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException occurred in Frame.getFrames()
method.
I think noteFrame() method should synchronized "weakFrames" object
