If I did it, that's how it went:
dowload patch through thunderbird on windows, scp over to a 'real' OS,
apply there, etc.
My apologies for the inconvenience, I'll be cutting down on my CR/LF OS
usage as soon as the interix port of Kaffe is checked in. :)
